Artist Statement
Why do I dance?
"Being a dancer is who I am. It is who I am meant to be. Although I know being a dancer is not my sole identity, I do know that I am happiest when I’m dancing, singing, and acting. Dance gives me a purpose, a creative outlet, and an exhilarating feeling whenever I step on stage. I am my best self when I am performing and I absolutely love what I do."
